We want you to love your new jewelry, but if things aren't quite right, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all pieces are in their original packaging and unworn condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original Olive & Piper box and secure it inside a padded mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
