How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within North America. International shipping times vary by location, generally ranging from 10-21 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn jewelry in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned.
How should I care for my jewelry to prevent tarnishing?
To keep your pieces sparkling, avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. We recommend storing your jewelry in a dry place or the provided Olive & Piper pouch when not in use.
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?
